Growing as achild and a young adult in Greece, I was always drawn to gowing flowers, herbs. and since we liven in the city, I did a very small scale gardening. i did not had to plan much or follow a calendar. sowed some seekkI planted some time in the espring and Farming, agriculture, food production, natural clean helbal products and cosmetics have evolved in something that the residents are very proud of. The hay barn, pictured below located at 2.5 mile located at 2.5 mile on Farmer’s Loop Road, is one of the few remaining signs of Fairbanks’ agricultural history. Farm was owned by the Desjardin-Stroecker family
